Bill & Helari – Converge in Estonia
Early in his ministry as a pastor during the soviet time in Estonia, Helari experienced many difficulties protecting his church and providing for his family. When political freedom came in the 90s, the church in Estonia had to adapt to sudden changes in the culture as suspicion and persecution toward Christians shifted to indifference.
Since that time, Helari, in partnership with Bill Ankerberg, Converge, and many American pastors and churches, has worked to support and train pastors all over Estonia and in the surrounding countries. They have countless stories of God’s work.
